How AISC LLC collects, uses and shares information through this website, and how we handle the information of our insurance clients.
Effective date: October 10, 2026
AISC LLC ("AISC," "we," "us") is an independent insurance agency based in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through www.aiscinsurance.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. If you become an insurance client, our Privacy Notice for Clients below also applies to the information you give us when you apply for coverage.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a meeting or email us, we collect what you provide. This can include your name, email address, mobile phone number, your answers to scheduling questions, and anything you write in a message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect:
We store some of this information with your form submission. This lets us know which page or ad led you to contact us.
The Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies from the following providers.
| Provider | What it does | How to opt out |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Measures visits and how the Site is used | Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on |
| Google Ads | Measures whether our Google ads lead to inquiries, and may show you our ads on other sites | Google My Ad Center |
| Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) | Measures whether our Meta ads lead to inquiries, and may show you our ads on Meta's platforms | Meta ad preferences |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measures whether our LinkedIn ads lead to inquiries, and may show you our ads on LinkedIn | LinkedIn advertising settings |
These tags run on every page of the Site. You can turn off the advertising tags (Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn) in your browser on our Your Privacy Choices page. Google Analytics only measures how the Site is used; to stop it, use Google's add-on listed above.
These providers may collect information about your activity on the Site and on other websites over time. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services and Meta's Privacy Policy.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and our advertising tags will not run in that browser.
Sale and targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the advertising providers listed in section 3 receive information about your visits through their cookies and pixels, and use it to measure our ads and to show you ads. Some state laws treat this as a "sale" of personal information or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time; see section 10. Apart from this, we share your information only as described below.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send appointment reminders and follow-ups related to your meetings with us. Appointment reminders are sent through Calendly. Follow-up texts are sent individually by your AISC agent from a mobile phone.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing in section 4 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
When you request a guide or other materials, we send a confirmation email first. We add you to our email list only after you confirm. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop.
Applying for life insurance, annuities or long-term care coverage involves financial and sometimes health information. We collect that information through applications and our meetings, not through the Site's forms. Please do not send health information through the Site's forms. We disclose health information only with your authorization or as the law permits. Our Privacy Notice for Clients explains how we handle client information.
Our advertising and analytics tags run on all pages of the Site, including pages about long-term care and life insurance. This means those providers may learn that your browser visited those pages. We do not send health information to advertising providers. You can turn off the advertising tags on our Your Privacy Choices page.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Insurance laws require us to keep some client records for a set number of years. Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted or anonymized when we no longer need them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as access controls on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can ask us to:
Opting out of sale and targeted advertising. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page, or go to our Your Privacy Choices page. Opting out stops our Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn tags in that browser. Your choice is stored in your browser, so you need to opt out again on each browser or device you use, or after you clear your cookies. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals, as described in section 3.
Making other requests. Email info@aiscinsurance.com or write to us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within those 45 days and may take up to 45 more.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing info@aiscinsurance.com with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state's Attorney General, such as the Connecticut or Rhode Island Attorney General.
No discrimination. We will not deny you service or treat you differently because you exercised any of these rights.
Profiling and AI. We do not use your personal information for profiling that leads to decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not use it to train large language models or other AI (artificial intelligence) models.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to other websites, such as Calendly and government resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also give notice on the Site or by email.
